WHAT IS YOUR HOPE AND WHERE IS YOUR HOPE?

  • In God.

    Psalms 39:7 And now, Lord, what wait I for? my hope is in thee.

    1 Peter 1:21 Who by him do believe in God, that raised him up from the dead, and gave him glory; that your faith and hope might be in God.

  • In Christ.

    1 Corinthians 15:19 If in this life only we have hope in Christ, we are of all men most miserable.

    1 Timothy 1:1 Paul, an apostle of Jesus Christ by the commandment of God our Saviour, and Lord Jesus Christ, which is our hope;

  • In God’s promises.

    Acts 26:6-7 And now I stand and am judged for the hope of the promise made of God unto our fathers: Unto which promise our twelve tribes, instantly serving God day and night, hope to come. For which hope’s sake, king Agrippa, I am accused of the Jews.

  • In the mercy of God.

    Psalms 33:18 Behold, the eye of the LORD is upon them that fear him, upon them that hope in his mercy;

  • Is the work of the Holy Ghost.

    Romans 15:13 Now the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, that ye may abound in hope, through the power of the Holy Ghost.
